In this case, between SBI Cards and Payment Services Private Limited and one of its customers, Rohit Jadhav. Rohit Jadhav is a resident of Nalasopora, Mumbai. In 2010, he took a loan of Rs 85,000 from SBI Credit Card. The money was not returned even after the time was completed. The bank raised interest on it to 1.17 lakh rupees.
The bank did not return the money to the bank in 2015. When the court sent a notice, Rohit changed the house. For two years, he was moving into a rented house. The court's notice could not be found in Rohit. Rohit did not answer any phone or message from the bank. The bank had discovered a new technique for it.
The bank sent Rohit Jadhav's WhatsApp account of making a PDF file of court notice. The message was received and a blue tick was also made, which means that Rohit had read the message sent by the court. The court believed in this matter. And further action was taken on it.
